HR and Benefits Administration Outsourcing
As a business partner of Ascentis and Ceridian, Cammack LaRhette serves as a reseller of their human resources and benefits software solutions on behalf of our clients. We offer Ascentis’ HROffice® to small and mid-sized employers, and Ceridian’s BenefitEnroll to mid- and large-sized employers.*

HROffice®
For clients who want a simple, easy-to-use yet comprehensive human resources technology solution, HROffice is an excellent choice. It is a web-based HRMS application that automates HR processes such as compensation and attendance tracking and provides employee self-service for online employee benefits and retirement plan enrollment. There are several advantages to clients who use HROffice:
  • As an integrated HR and benefits application, there are no costs involved in purchasing, implementing, or managing an in-house application server
  • The employee self-service module reduces the time that HR professionals spend on day-to-day administrative issues, such as compensation and attendance tracking, as well as employee benefits and retirement plan enrollment
  • Data is fed electronically to the client’s insurance carriers and other employee benefits vendors, reducing data input errors and improving productivity
  • With Microsoft SQL server as its database, the application uses the latest security technologies and is secure.
*HROffice® is a registered mark of Ascentis.

BenefitEnroll
To accommodate mid-sized and large organizations that do not have an online benefit enrollment system or have more complex benefit eligibility rules or calculations, Cammack LaRhette offers Ceridian’s BenefitEnroll system. We will implement and support this robust web-based benefits administration system on behalf of our clients. There are several advantages to clients who use BenefitEnroll:
  • Due to economies of scale inherent in our multiple client delivery, our clients can take advantage of the latest technology, which also provides them with a lower cost of ownership and a greater return on investment
  • Virtual (remote) systems upgrades and enhancements are available almost immediately – without the cost of implementing new technology
  • No added headcount is needed in a client’s HR or IT departments
  • Both plan administrators and employees have access to technology that reduces the internal time and resources spent on open enrollment and processing life event changes
  • The system generates premium billing reports to reconcile to carrier invoices or to remit monthly payments
  • It provides electronic transfer of enrollment data to insurance carriers, reducing input errors and improving productivity
  • It offers seamless integration of deductions to payroll systems
  • All communications are encoded with multi-layered encryption tools for complete client and member confidentiality
  • Cammack LaRhette provides a service center dedicated to account management and communications support.
