Before employees can enroll in their benefit programs, it is critical to provide them with the tools they need to understand their options and choose the most appropriate plans for their needs. Cammack LaRhette also works with clients to provide issue-specific employee education. Once we have uncovered a need or found a recurring employee issue, we will develop and implement a communication strategy to address those issues.

We also work with employers to educate employees on the true cost of their benefits. Our experience has shown that when employees are more actively engaged in their benefits programs, they will develop a higher level of appreciation of their overall benefits package and their employer.
